CariHsp (“Uygulama”), küçük işletmeler ve bireyler için geliştirilmiş bir ön muhasebe ve gelir-gider takip uygulamasıdır. Kısaca: Uygulama kişisel verilerinizi toplamaz, sunucuya göndermez ve üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmaz. Tüm kayıtlarınız yalnızca kendi cihazınızda saklanır.
Uygulamaya girdiğiniz bilgiler (cari hesaplar ve isteğe bağlı telefon, e-posta, adres, vergi numarası alanları; ürün ve stok kayıtları; alış-satış, tahsilat ve ödeme hareketleri; kişisel gelir-gider ve düzenli işlem kayıtları) ile tema ve dil tercihiniz yalnızca cihazınızdaki uygulama alanında tutulur. Bu veriler geliştirici tarafından görülemez ve hiçbir sunucuya aktarılmaz.
Hesap oluşturmanız veya giriş yapmanız gerekmez. Uygulama konum, rehber, kamera, mikrofon, fotoğraf veya reklam kimliğine erişmez. Reklam, kullanım analitiği, çökme raporlama veya takip aracı içermez.
Yedek dosyası, PDF veya Excel raporu oluşturup paylaşmak, yedek dosyası seçmek ve kayıtlı bir numarayı aramak yalnızca siz başlattığınızda, cihazın kendi ekranları üzerinden gerçekleşir. Paylaştığınız dosyalar alıcı uygulamanın veya kişinin gizlilik koşullarına tabidir.
Abonelik satın alma ve yenileme işlemleri doğrudan App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yapılır. Ödeme bilgileriniz Uygulamaya ya da geliştiriciye ulaşmaz. Uygulama yalnızca aboneliğinizin etkin olup olmadığını mağazadan sorgular.
Verileriniz siz silene kadar cihazınızda kalır. Ayarlar > “Tüm verileri sil” ile tüm kayıtlarınızı kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz; uygulamayı kaldırmak da verileri siler. Yedek dosyaları şifrelenmez; bunları güvenli bir yerde saklamak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir ve hiçbir kullanıcıdan veri toplamaz.
Verileriniz yalnızca cihazınızda olduğundan erişme, düzeltme, dışa aktarma ve silme haklarınızı doğrudan uygulamadan kullanabilirsiniz. KVKK, GDPR ve benzeri mevzuat kapsamındaki sorularınız için: carihsp@portacall.net (Portacall)

CariHsp (the “App”) is a bookkeeping and income-expense tracking app for small businesses and individuals. In short: the App does not collect your personal data, does not send it to any server and does not share it with third parties. All of your records are stored only on your own device.
The information you enter (customer/supplier accounts and optional phone, email, address and tax number fields; products and stock; sales, purchases, collections and payments; personal income, expense and recurring records) and your theme and language preferences are stored only in the App’s storage on your device. The developer cannot see this data and it is not transferred to any server.
No account or sign-in is required. The App does not access location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or advertising identifiers. It contains no ads, analytics, crash reporting or tracking tools.
Creating and sharing a backup, PDF or Excel report, choosing a backup file and calling a saved number happen only when you start them, through your device’s own screens. Files you share are governed by the receiving app’s or person’s privacy terms.
Subscription purchases and renewals are handled directly by the App Store or Google Play. Your payment details never reach the App or the developer. The App only asks the store whether your subscription is active.
Your data stays on your device until you delete it. Settings > “Delete all data” permanently removes all records, and uninstalling the App also removes its data. Backup files are not encrypted; keeping them safe is your responsibility.
The App is not directed at children and does not collect data from any user.
